You can use dynamic registration using the above URL and the instructions here. Afterwards, you may be contacted to set up any additional details such as contact information and deployment linking to your organization account.

The following information is necessary to complete your registration:
Organization Name
Administrator Contact Information
Authorization Server Issuer
Authorization Server Login URL
Authorization Server Token URL
Public JWKS URL
LTI Key Client ID
Authorization Audience (if different than Authorization Server Token URL)
If all deployments for this client ID belong to the same organization then specify this. Otherwise, you will need to deploy the tool in your platform following the instructions here, then include the Deployment ID in the support email.
